How can I register in the ICRS 2013 Online System?
- First of all, please, visit page with the agreement form and get acquainted with the User agreement.
- Confirm your consent with terms and policies by pushing the button «I agree to the terms and conditions».
- On the main page of Online registration system click «Start registration».
- Fill in the registration form fields. Please use only numbers and alphabetical symbols without commas, quotes and apostrophes. After completing the registration form, click «Submit» to proceed to the services booking page.
- Check your inbox for the automatically generated message with login and password from your personal page. If you have not received login and password after registration or lost them, contact technical secretariat.

How do I login to my personal page?
You login to your personal page via Online Registration system or «Sign in» button above.
Please, use login and password e-mailed to you after registration to enter.

Does my accompanying person need to register separately and make the registration fee payment?
Yes, the accompanying person should be registered separately and should make the registration fee payment in case he/she is going to take part in scientific sessions, Welcome reception and coffee-breaks.

In case the accompanying person’s fee is not paid the above mentioned services will not be provided.
Is there a possibility for a group registration?
Yes, for group registration of 10 participants or more, you need to contact:

How can I learn of latest updates and the most important notifications?
- Website regularly updates with the latest news.
- Of all crucial updates registered participants are informed via e-mail notifications.
- You can also check our News archive to see whether you missed anything important.
When is the deadline for the registration fee payment?
The Online registration and payment system will be closed 2 weeks prior to the Congress. However, the registration payment can be made on-site also.

In case any payments are processed after the system was closed, please, bring the payment confirmation documents with you.

Note: nevertheless there is a possibility to make the registration fee payment on-site, the visa invitation documents are provided only after the fee is fully pre-paid.
What do I need to do to get the Russian entry visa?
For more detailed information on visa obtaining process, we highly recommend to visit our VISA SUPPORT page.

The easiest way to come to Russia is to obtain the Tourist visa. Technical secretariat of ICRS 2013 provides registered participants with needed documents to obtain the tourist visa. Please, follow the instructions below to obtain the Tourist visa to Russia:
1. Enter your personal page via Online Registration system using login and password e-mailed to you after registration. Make the registration fee payment.
2. Make the hotel booking and the payment for the chosen accommodation.
  
  Note: If you have booked accommodation by yourself and have chosen hotel not from our list, you still can request Voucher form technical secretariat. It will be prepared for additional fee of 1000 RUR. To make a request, please send us the confirmation of booking from hotel of your choice after making registration fee payment.
3. Go to visa support section of your personal page.
  Fill out the visa support section with your passport details.
  Wait until you receive the tourist visa invitation letter and the visa guidelines document. Check the invitation letter carefully.
  Contact the nearest Russian consulate in your country and present then the tourist visa invitation together with other documents (please, specify the needed documents in the Consulate).
  Please, carefully follow the guidelines sent you with the tourist visa invitation and instruction on the website. PLEASE, DO NOT PRESENT THE GUIDELINES TO THE CONSULATE!
  
  Note: Tourist visa voucher can be sent only after the registration fee and hotel accommodation are fully paid.
