The price of transfer includes:

• Organized meeting at the hotel lobby, airport or railway station (with the nameplate including congress title and participant’s name);
• Providing a car with a driver;
• Waiting for guests:
  • for 40 minutes at the airport;
  • for 30 minutes at the railway station;
  • for 15 minutes at the hotel lobby.
If waiting time exceed the specified figures, you will have to make extra payment.

• Your cell phone number*.

* — Your cell phone number is necessary for urgent connection in the case of unforeseen complications (e.g. flight delay). If the number wasn’t specified or available in the agreed time, claims for service and refund will be declined.

Additional conditions:

1. The deadline for submission and transfer payment is 7, September, 2013.
2. Cancellations until 7, September, 2013 — without penalty.
3. Cancellations after 7, September, 2013 — deducted 100% of the order.
All the refunds to participants will be made after the end of the Congress less 10% service.

How to get from “Yemelyanovo” airport to Krasnoyarsk

International Airport “Yemelyanovo” is the main airport of the city of Krasnoyarsk, it is located 37 km west of the city and 10 km from the Federal Highway M-53.

At the airport you will be met by representatives of the Organizing Committee, whom you can easily recognize by badges with symbols of Congress or at the location of the Congress banner. They will assist you in organizing your transfer to Krasnoyarsk, as well as answer any your questions.

By car:

The International airport “Yemelyanovo” is connected with the city of Krasnoyarsk by the road (the branch of the federal highway M-53 in the area of urban villages “Emelyanovo” and “Sukhaya”). Provided you abide the speed mode, travel time is 40-50 minutes.

By Taxi:

The following carriers are authorized at the airport:
1. Taxi “Rickshaw”;
2. The firm “TAXI”.

These carriers’ services are presented in the arrival hall of domestic flights (Terminal 1) and the baggage rack. The companies provide day-and-night transfers from the airport to Krasnoyarsk and back.

The cost is fixed at 1,000 rubles per car.

On the carriers’ racks you can pay for your order, get sales check and receipt. Carrier manager will call the driver, who is to escort you to the car.

We recommend you to use Taxi “Rickshaw” since all the drivers and cars are fully checked before every trip.

Provided you abide the speed mode, travel time is 40-50 minutes.

Please, specify the flight number, date and time of arrival in your account, so we can promptly notify the carrier of a number of vehicles needed at the airport at the time of your arrival.

By bus to the Krasnoyarsk Bus Station:

There are buses travelling between the airport “Emelyanovo” and Krasnoyarsk Bus Station: route 501, and transit buses.

Boarding/deboarding of passengers at the International Airport Emelyanovo is carried on a separate bus stop located near the railway station, 50 meters away from Terminal 1 (domestic terminal).

There is a desk at the bus stop where you can buy a ticket.

You can buy tickets for the early and late flights from the driver (when the desk is closed).
