Dear colleagues!

It is the 4th time the city of Krasnoyarsk is glad to welcome the guests and participants of IV International Congress for Respiratory Support. The Congress will be held at September 14-17, 2013 and will include the plenary session of the Federation anaesthesiologists and resuscitation specialists of Russia as a part of scientific program.

Nowadays we can assert that the experience and knowledge gained by experts during the previous events have let the health rate of the population improved not only in the Krasnoyarsk region but in other regions of the country as well.

Timely respiratory therapy application for newborn children has played a great role in infant mortality rate which, , has decreased more than by half since the first Congress in 2001.

Resuscitation respiratory technologies development has influenced the after-surgery death-rates and first aid after automobile accidents death-rates. This result was undoubtedly gained due to new up-to-date anaesthesological equipment in the frames of public health modernization programme. The aim of the coming congress is to let the doctors (anaesthetists, resuscitation specialists, surgeons, pulmonologists, neonatologists) exchange their experience of the latest respiratory support achievements and elaborate specific practical recommendations which will contribute to critically ill patient treatment improvement.

Experts from more than 15 countries are expected to join the tradition of meeting in Krasnoyarsk.

An exhibition of foremost core companies «Medicamental and technical means for respiratory support» will be held in the frames of ICRS2013.

Several work-shops and practical seminars as well as Educational credits will be organized for the first time during the Congress.
