All foreign participants of ICRS 2013 should obtain an entry visa to the Russian Federation.

The easiest way to come to Russia is to obtain the Tourist visa. Technical secretariat of ICRS 2013 provides registered participants with needed documents to obtain the tourist visa — the Visa invitation voucher (SAMPLE). The Tourist visa will be issued for the working period of the Congress by MONOMAX CONGRESSES & INCENTIVES.

MONOMAX CONGRESSES & INCENTIVES has the reference number in the Russian Ministry for Foreign Affairs and has the right to provide participants with Russian Tourist Visa supporting documents. Supporting documents will be based on your personal information submitted on-line at the Visa Support section of your personal page.

The deadline for Visa voucher request is August 20, 2013.

How to get a Russian Visa

1. Enter your personal page using login and password e-mailed to you after registration. Make the registration fee payment.
2. Make the hotel booking and the payment for the chosen accommodation.
   
   Note: If you have booked accommodation by yourself and have chosen hotel not from our list, you still can request Voucher form technical secretariat. It will be prepared for additional fee of 1000 RUR. To make a request, please send us the confirmation of booking from hotel of your choice after making registration fee payment. Please note, that if you plan to stay to stay in Moscow, St.Petersburg or any other Russian city before or after the Congress, you will need to provide us with confirmation of booking documents for all the hotels you are staying at during your trip.
   
   
3. Visit visa support section of your personal page.
4. Fill out the visa support section with your passport details.
5. Wait until you receive the tourist visa invitation letter and the visa guidelines document by e-mail. Check the invitation letter carefully.
6. Contact the nearest Russian consulate in your country and present then the tourist visa invitation together with other documents (please, specify the needed documents in the Consulate).
7. Please, carefully follow the guidelines sent you with the tourist visa invitation and DO NOT PRESENT THE GUIDELINES TO THE CONSULATE!

Note: Tourist visa voucher can be sent only after the registration fee and hotel accommodation are fully paid.

Recommendations on visa obtaining process

1. Contact the Consulate to find out:
   • the time frame for processing the visa and the amount of Consular fee;
   • how to submit your documents to the Consulate;
   • which documents you have to prepare;
   • which forms of payment the Consulate accepts.
   
   
2. Prepare all the documents and fill out the Consular Questionnaire. In all cases, you have to present the following papers to the Consulate:
   • Russian Visa Invitation (according to the chosen visa type);
   • Consular Questionnaire (completed, dated, and signed by you);
   • Passport;
     Important: The passport should be valid for at least 6 months after the expiry date of the Russian Visa;
   • Photo (approximate size 3×4 cm or 1.5×2 inches);
   
   
3. Submit the documents to the Consulate.
4. Pay the Consular fee.
5. Get the visa and any additional enclosed documents back from the Consulate.
6. Check that the information on the visa is correct.

Check your Visa

Once you receive your Russian visa, make sure that all the information is correct before leaving the Russian Consulate. Any mistake on the Russian visa should be corrected immediately by the Russian Consulate. A visa mistake could result in delays, fines, or even refusal to enter Russia, forcing you to return at your own expense.

Important: Mistakes in your visa cannot be corrected after your arrival in Russia.

Additional notes

• All foreign citizens arriving to Russia have to fill in a migration card (SAMPLE) while passing through customs. The migration card will be given before crossing the border (by airplanes, trains, buses, ships, etc.) Please, be careful in filling in this migration card and keep it until leaving Russia.
• If you have made registration fee and accommodation (for one of the offered hotels) payments your visa Voucher will be free of charge. Technical secretariat will send you the copy of the document via e-mail as soon as these payments are done.
• Upon personal request the Technical Secretariat can provide the visa supporting documents for Russian Business Visa.
