1. The Organizing committee reserves the right to change the mentioned dates slightly. Please, follow the updates and information mailings.
2. The precondition of including your abstract into scientific program and the book of abstracts is timely registration fee payment. In case the registration fee is not paid until July 15, 2013, the Organizing committee reserves the right to exclude the abstract from the scientific program and the book of abstracts (unless other mutual arrangement is reached).
3. Full information on the refund procedures of registration fee, hotel accommodation, transfers, social program, and other services is available at the Congress` web-site. All refunds except for bank and overhead charges are made after the Congress.
